Lost in Translation

Senegal has always had a very big place in my life. In addition to being from there, my two parents were born there and I even had the chance to live in Senegal for 4 years in 2006.
As you can imagine for a 10-year-old boy: leaving his friends, part of his family and McDonald's was far from being a simple thing.
It was difficult the first few months but looking back, these 4 years have made me the person I am today and I have wonderful memories. Today, I am proud to be Senegalese of Fulani origin and would like you to discover a part of who I am, through my art!
The concept: to spread the beautiful Fulani culture in the country where I have chosen to make my life, South Korea!
With the help of my sister @studiodonnie in terms of artistic direction and styling as well as that of my mother for logistics (the clothes and accessories were sent to me from Senegal itself!), I present to you my most beautiful photographic project to date.
